When my wife and I decided to move south from Ohio, we chose the Hartwell Lake area of GA and SC. We talked with a few different agents before our first trip to look at property and Susan was the most diligent in searching for properties and returning phone calls. That made our choice of agents easy. We were looking for lakefront property with some pretty specific characteristics and it didn’t take Susan long to grasp what we were after. Being licensed in both GA and SC was a huge plus as well because it didn’t matter to us which side of the lake we were on; only that we were on the lake. Over the course of our five month search, involving multiple trips from Ohio, we easily looked at over 100 properties before we found the one we were after. During that time, Susan never stopped working and searching. She also worked hard to make her schedule accommodate ours. On top of everything, we had a lot of laughs during the process. I would certainly recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for an agent that works hard for her client, as well as have a little fun to lighten the burden. |
